The Mental Health Practitioner role is onsite in Duluth, MN, and is part-time/casual. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. The role supports Prairie Community Services’ residential and community-based services, helping people build on their strengths and skills. The practitioner provides respectful support in people’s homes and communities, following each person’s individual program plan. The work helps people develop self-help skills in daily living, coping, education, employment, housing, benefits, medication monitoring, and mental and physical health, while monitoring and reporting relevant concerns.

What you'll do

• Prepare and facilitate groups and group discussions
• monitor, report, and document unusual behavior and overall medical condition
• communicate concerns, suggestions, and information to supervisors promptly and accurately
• report neglect or abuse.
