Production Lead, PDM — Second Shift

By directing and coaching team members, maintaining production records, communicating shift updates, and reinforcing safe practices, the lead supports reliable daily operations and effective handoffs between shifts.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the assigned work area
• maintain production records for counts, scrap, warehouse placement, and process deviations
• direct and coach production team members
• serve as the shift point of contact and communicate management updates
• lead shift changeovers
• promote accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration
• follow and enforce safety procedures and PPE use
• report incidents, hazards, and near misses.
