Commercial Construction Site Supervisor – Ground-Up

Job overview

The Commercial Construction Site Supervisor – Ground-Up role is onsite in Arlington Heights, IL. Pay is $38–$43 per hour. The role supports Bancare Inc’s commercial ground-up construction and interior build-out projects. The supervisor leads field operations from project inception through completion, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to help deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high craftsmanship standards. Overtime is required as project schedules demand, including extended weekdays and occasional additional hours.
