The Operator I, First Shift role is onsite in Fitchburg, MA, Monday–Friday from 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Compensation is $16 per hour. The operator performs inspection and packaging of plastic parts at Clayens US LLC. The role supports production quality and plant operations by inspecting and packaging parts, completing production records, and following established procedures. It contributes to safe, clean, and consistent production work while meeting cycle-time and quota expectations.

What you'll do

• Read and understand job SOPs
• maintain established cycle times and quotas
• report job or secondary-operation issues to a supervisor
• complete routing slips and scrap counts
• assist with line clearance
• follow ISO procedures
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• follow safety rules and regulations.
