What you'll do

• Work alongside hourly associates and provide direction, coaching, and guidance
• perform assigned warehouse functions such as garment embellishment, order auditing, and manifesting
• manage order workflow against productivity and service-level standards
• support staffing, orientation, and training
• review processes for efficiency and accuracy
• assess productivity and report performance
• lead shift-start meetings
• troubleshoot issues
• report safety or security concerns
• maintain housekeeping
• and use data tools for hourly performance reporting.
