-Meat cutting and merchandising with proper trim. -Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of meat cutting equipment including band saws. -Following proper Safety and Sanitation Procedures. -Assist in ensuring newer meat wrappers and Trainee Meat Cutters follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
