The role exists to operate production equipment, monitor process conditions, and help ensure products meet specifications. It contributes to production quality by recording data, performing checks, and escalating or adjusting processes when needed.

What you'll do

• Operate production equipment according to standard procedures
• monitor production parameters
• inspect or test products against specifications
• record data and determine when to adjust processes or contact supervision
• perform assigned tasks such as sorting, box assembly, or relief operation for kiln or automatic sorting equipment
• follow ISO procedures and quality checks
• report equipment or process problems
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized area.
