What you'll do

• Provide attentive hospitality
• process check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, payments, and account reviews
• manage reservations, room availability, guest profiles, and room assignments in the property management system
• answer inquiries
• coordinate guest requests with hotel departments
• provide local information and recommendations
• address routine concerns and billing questions
• maintain accurate transactions and an organized Front Desk and Living Room.
