• Support the Cultivation General Manager and cultivation staff
• coordinate propagation, cultivation, harvest, production schedules, plant maintenance, fertigation, integrated pest management, and cultivation protocols. Monitor plant health, train staff on Track and Trace protocols, and coordinate equipment and facility maintenance.
