What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and emergency conditions
• manage hospitalized patients through rounds, treatment planning, and discharge coordination
• respond to Rapid Response and Code Blue situations
• order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications
• coordinate transfers, referrals, and consultations
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement
• maintain medical documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
