What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• oversee daily department workflow. Manage company resources, gross margin, caregiver overtime and pay rates, revenue growth, utilization, referral flow, and community relationships. Follow state regulations, conduct routine client and personnel file audits, and maintain complaint records. Manage client census, communication, visits, timely service initiation, satisfaction, and authorized-hour fill rates. Support staffing, recruiting, business development, and community relations. Must be willing to take on-call and able to travel regionally by automobile frequently.
