What you'll do

• Analyze processes and workflows
• identify and prioritize AI use cases through interviews, workshops, and operational analysis
• maintain an AI Use Case Repository
• translate needs into requirements and outcomes
• develop business cases
• support AI-PMO operations and change management
• document process maps and KPIs
• facilitate cross-functional workshops
• create communications and training materials
• and document AI governance and prioritization frameworks.
