Mechanical Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on assigned mechanical construction projects
• plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• direct foremen and crews
• review drawings, specifications, and schedules
• coordinate with general contractors, trades, vendors, and project stakeholders
• monitor productivity and resolve field conflicts
• maintain daily reports
• support commissioning, punch-list completion, turnover, and closeout
• enforce project safety requirements. Willingness to travel or work at project locations as required.
