What you'll do

• Own development and submission of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, customer requests, and other formal responses
• translate solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria into proposal strategies, schedules, assignments, and deliverables
• develop content using approved materials, prior proposals, customer research, and GovDash
• interview subject matter experts and synthesize technical and business input
• coordinate contributors, documentation, and version control
• validate AI-assisted content for accuracy and evidence
• manage final production, compliance checks, attachments, and submission
• maintain templates and reusable content
• track outcomes and lessons learned.
