What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance requests and service tickets

• participate in preventive maintenance

• perform basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, carpet, and tile repairs
• inspect mechanical and building areas
• maintain safe walkways
• and coordinate with property management, engineering, vendors, and housekeeping. The posting includes participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.
