What you'll do

• Respond to assigned internet leads by phone, text, and email
• understand customer needs and arrange appointments or next steps
• record contact attempts, conversations, appointments, and outcomes in eLead or another applicable system
• follow up with customers
• route opportunities and confirm handoffs
• build and send approved campaigns
• track responses and appointments
• assist with promotions, events, customer communications, campaign calendars, and other marketing projects
• provide backup phone coverage for the Chevrolet and Ford Customer Care Center when needed.
