What you'll do

• Oversee studio financial performance and monthly revenue and membership goals
• review KPIs and set priorities with the District Manager or Owner
• use data and reporting to guide sales processes
• lead member services, engagement, and retail sales
• conduct local outreach, networking, and pop-ups
• supervise, coach, and review front desk and sales staff
• develop and manage the weekly studio schedule
• hold monthly staff meetings
• enforce policies and procedures
• maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• assist with hiring and team building. Social media calendar and execution are optional.
