What you'll do

• Greet and check in members and guests
• register guests, provide tours, answer membership questions, and assist with membership purchases
• answer calls and respond to requests
• process retail and concession sales
• maintain front-door security and a clean front desk
• distribute materials, schedule activities, complete walk-throughs, follow opening and closing procedures, log maintenance and safety concerns, and report incidents.
