Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain common-area cleanliness and general building and grounds upkeep
• perform and document preventive maintenance
• complete resident and site work orders and related paperwork
• turn over vacant apartments
• track maintenance supplies and recommend purchases
• perform janitorial, groundskeeping, snow removal, mowing, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, repairs, painting, and unit-turnover tasks
• respond to emergency issues after scheduled hours.
