The Legal Assistant – Personal Injury role is onsite at The Advocates’ Spokane, Washington office. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. The role supports the firm’s personal-injury clients through the closing and recovery process.

What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to internal and external clients
• confirm provider balances and insurance payment information
• negotiate reimbursement with insurance
• audit payor ledgers for accuracy and overpayments
• coordinate payments and facilitate client closings
• maintain written and computer records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
