What you'll do

• Provide oversight, support, and direct care
• lead and guide staff on shift in coordination with the supervisor
• assist with scheduling, training, compliance, on-call pager, and administrative support as applicable
• provide input on treatment plans and goals and confirm implementation
• participate in clinical and behavioral goals using approved methods
• complete timely, accurate observational data in the electronic record
• complete required training and in-services.
