What you'll do

• Lead research and strategy projects requested by management
• source and evaluate investment opportunities
• oversee due diligence
• analyze financial metrics, valuation models, and market data
• develop and review financial models
• lead transaction execution, negotiation, and deal structuring
• and coordinate transaction documentation with the legal team. The role may also support divestitures, capital markets analysis, post-acquisition integration, portfolio data and analytics, and other strategic projects.
