What you'll do

• Serve as the client’s primary contact and trusted advisor
• manage concurrent capital projects
• lead scope, budget, schedule, and procurement planning
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• maintain budgets, forecasts, schedules, and status reports
• monitor performance and mitigate risks
• facilitate meetings
• review deliverables, contracts, proposals, schedules, and estimates
• manage change control and approvals
• support construction, occupancy, turnover, and closeout
• apply governance and quality standards
• capture lessons learned.
