What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration
• provide medication reminders and companionship
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities
• monitor condition and communicate changes
• follow individual care plans.
