What you'll do

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage through discharge
• assist with medications, monitoring, IVs, CRIs, and blood transfusions
• support CPR
• perform diagnostics, imaging, sample collection, and tube placement
• provide anesthesia and use advanced techniques such as central lines, endoscopy, and ultrasound
• collaborate with doctors and the care team
• support pet parents during stressful situations.

Why this role

A state veterinary technician credential is required, along with at least one year of veterinary technician experience. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree or higher from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program is strongly preferred. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be scheduled on a rotating or as-needed basis.
