The Territory Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment role is onsite in Florence, KY. Compensation is $81,000–$100,000 per year. RECO Equipment distributes new, used, and rental heavy and compact equipment, supported by parts and service departments. The manager develops an assigned territory to grow equipment and attachment sales, build customer relationships, and improve market share and profitability. The role works with the Regional Sales Manager to prioritize opportunities and support customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Represent RECO according to company values
• develop an assigned territory and sell new and used equipment and attachments
• plan and execute field sales, prospecting, and cold calls
• conduct machine and attachment demonstrations
• manage accounts and use CRM
• monitor market and product trends
• provide consultative product guidance
• work with the Regional Sales Manager on opportunities and customer satisfaction
• maintain customer relationships and develop new partnerships.

Why this role
