Job overview

The Residential HVAC Service Technician role is onsite, with hiring locations in Fairbury, Champaign, Rockford, and Freeport, IL, and Elkhorn, WI. What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• complete quality service work and help prevent callbacks
• explain system findings and options to customers
• maintain accurate service documentation
• participate in weekly technical training
• meet the stated driver’s license and EPA Type II certification requirement or obtain the certification within 30 days of starting.
