What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, service deployment, scheduling, and payroll
• manage and develop personnel
• oversee vehicle maintenance and records
• maintain regulatory and policy compliance
• review and improve routes
• forecast expenses and manage budgets
• respond to customer concerns
• conduct community outreach
• support subsidy agreements and business development
• report performance indicators
• reconcile ridership, fares, and bus-pass sales
• provide input on procurement, fleet, facilities, and strategic planning
• provide backup oversight for RTS Seneca and RTS Ontario.
