The Universal Banker role is onsite in Lake George, NY; compensation is $19.23–$22.12 per hour. The role supports the branch’s Consumer and Business Banking customers and daily teller operations. What you'll do

• Provide customer service and process transactions accurately
• balance the cash drawer and follow cash-handling and check-cashing policies. Discuss personal and business financial needs, open or modify accounts, explain solutions, and make recommendations based on identified needs. Support digital banking, make appropriate referrals, and proactively contact customers to support retention and relationship growth.
