What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• promote State Farm insurance products and services
• gather information to identify and qualify leads
• follow up on campaign and referral leads to schedule agent appointments
• provide initial information and answer basic questions
• maintain prospect and customer-interaction records
• follow State Farm guidelines and compliance standards
• prepare reports on calls, leads, and appointments.
