Client Services Associate

Job overview

The Client Services Associate role is onsite in Athens, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $16.50–$22 per hour. The role supports clients and financial advisors at a growing wealth management firm. The associate helps deliver a seamless client experience by managing service requests, account administration, records, and advisor support. The work also supports compliance documentation and the firm's ongoing client service and review processes.

What you'll do

• Assist with new-client onboarding and account opening
• process account paperwork, transfers, beneficiary updates, distributions, and other service requests
• coordinate client communications and follow-up
• maintain client records in CRM and operational systems
• prepare meeting materials, reports, and review documents
• assist with scheduling and follow-up
• gather information for financial planning and client reviews
• maintain files
• support compliance and documentation requirements
• assist with client events, educational workshops, and marketing initiatives as needed
• protect confidential client information and follow firm procedures.
