What you'll do

• Develop and execute a hotel sales strategy
• grow Local Negotiated Rate accounts and room-night production
• prospect corporate, group, government, construction, medical, sports, and local accounts
• conduct outside sales calls and community networking
• monitor market and STR performance
• work with the General Manager and hotel team on revenue and occupancy goals
• maintain sales activity and account records.
