Project Manager, Affordable Housing

The Project Manager, Affordable Housing role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL. Pay is $40 per hour. The Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas is developing a senior center and affordable housing project in West Pasco. The role coordinates the project lifecycle, from site control and funding through procurement, development oversight, regulatory compliance, and transition to operations. By aligning public agencies, developers, consultants, and community stakeholders, the Project Manager helps deliver the project on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead daily management of the senior housing and senior center development project
• coordinate with Pasco County, HUD, development partners, legal counsel, consultants, and community stakeholders
• maintain timelines and deliverables
• coordinate funding, procurement, design, construction oversight, and regulatory compliance
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• support operational planning and handoff.
