What you'll do

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and orientation
• administer benefits and assist with leave and payroll-related inquiries
• maintain I-9 documents, personnel files, and timekeeping/PTO records
• address employee concerns and support positive workplace communication
• ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• assist managers with performance evaluations and HR guidance
• coordinate company events and HR initiatives
• support office organization and administrative functions
• generate reports and provide HR support to leadership.
