What you'll do

• Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• educate patients and families in health promotion and disease management
• administer medications safely under hospital policy
• support effective use of staffing, time, supplies, and services
• follow nursing practice standards, regulatory requirements, and UHS policies
• engage in continuing education and evidence-informed practice
• support new employees and students
• perform charge nurse or shift coordinator duties when assigned.
