The Swim Instructor – Early Childhood role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Pay is $14–$15 per hour. The instructor works at a Miller Swim School location owned and operated by SafeSplash Swim Schools. The role exists to teach swimming using the SafeSplash curriculum while maintaining a positive, organized, and safe learning environment. It supports students’ skill development through instruction, progress tracking, and communication with parents.

What you'll do

• Teach swimming skills using the SafeSplash curriculum
• provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• structure lessons to support learning through repetition and new skills
• track and document student progress
• conduct monthly Splash n’ Tell sessions
• supervise swimmers and enforce safety guidelines
• report safety concerns or incidents
• organize equipment
• communicate class updates and student progress
• follow uniform standards.

Why this role

CPR/AED and First Aid certification for adults, children, and infants must be obtained within the first 30 days if not already held; SafeSplash curriculum training must also be completed within 30 days. Prior swim experience is preferred.
