- Assist with deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting virtual machines and hosts
- support Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Office 365
- monitor systems, support patching, and assist with network administration. Contribute to documentation, hardware deployment, disaster recovery planning, infrastructure dashboards, certificate monitoring, Microsoft Teams rollout, and automation initiatives.
