What you'll do

• Follow established food procedures
• complete required forms and reports for the Dietary Manager
• assist with the food service production line
• prepare and serve meals, bedtime snacks, and substitute meals or snacks
• assist with daily cleaning
• maintain adequate food, supply, and equipment stock
• protect confidential health information
• perform additional tasks assigned by the Dietary Manager or VP of Nutritional Services.
