What you'll do

• Assist with small-group and individual learning activities, prepare materials and instructional areas, and help implement curriculum models such as HighScope
• support social-emotional growth through positive guidance and conflict resolution
• supervise children during play, outdoor time, rest, and transitions
• assist with hygiene, meals, snacks, cleanup, and sanitation
• record objective observations
• maintain confidentiality
• build respectful relationships with families
• attend meetings, orientations, and required professional development.
