What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• assist with admissions, discharges, care planning, and resident rounds
• maintain nursing documentation and medical records
• comply with applicable regulations
• respond to resident and family concerns.
