What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, and month-end close across multiple companies
• prepare work-in-progress schedules and percentage-of-completion calculations
• review job costs, margins, change orders, committed costs, and cost-to-complete estimates
• coordinate project financial accuracy with project managers
• manage construction billing, retention, and collections
• monitor cash flow and forecasts
• resolve certified payroll issues
• prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
