What you'll do

• Lead floor shifts, including drive-thru and morning rush
• help hire, train, and cross-train crew members and shift leaders
• coach team members and address performance issues
• maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness standards
• roll out menu items, promotions, and marketing
• monitor labor, food cost, and cash
• support food safety, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance
• earn and maintain ServSafe certification.
