What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders according to care plans and community policies
• help residents lift, turn, transfer, position, and move
• support dining services, feeding, and meal-intake documentation
• monitor physical and cognitive wellbeing and report changes to nurses and supervisors
• deliver nutritional supplements and document intake
• participate in life-enrichment programming
• document resident care accurately and promptly
• follow policies and procedures.
