The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator – Evening role is an in-office, full-time position in Allen, TX, with a listed hybrid shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Compensation is $18.50 per hour. The operator supports Allied Universal Technology Services’ Monitoring and Response Center. The operator monitors security systems, assesses incidents, communicates information, and dispatches response personnel under established protocols. The role helps protect people, assets, and operations by supporting headquarters, branch offices, and field teams during crisis and non-crisis events.
What you'll do
- Answer routine and emergency calls
- monitor alarms, video, and access control
- provide assistance according to customer protocols
- dispatch security officers and emergency response personnel as required
- communicate information to key partners
- escalate complaints and critical events
- report missing or damaged equipment
- respond to customer maintenance requests
- follow location policies and procedures

Why this role
