What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of RCM Associates
• oversee hiring, onboarding, and training
• manage outsourced revenue cycle operations and virtual assistants
• oversee daily workflows for accuracy and efficiency
• implement workflow improvements
• coordinate with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and billing vendors
• support new product and contract activations
• lead operational projects
• develop and manage performance metrics.
