What you'll do

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements
• activate national campaigns locally
• maintain signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints in line with brand standards
• coordinate event planning, onsite execution, and follow-up
• enter and report data
• track traffic trends, review online listings, evaluate sign routes, and share weekly insights
• manage marketing inventory and vendors
• support photography and video needs
• assist with community launches and closeouts
• and keep information centers visitor-ready.
