What you'll do

• Lead and work with a crew erecting pre-engineered and conventional metal and wood-framed buildings
• lead four to five crew members and assist with training
• coordinate staffing, materials, and equipment with project management
• coordinate schedules and work areas with subcontractors
• monitor quality and safety
• report job progress
• complete daily reports, timecards, and quality-control sheets.
