What you'll do

• Lead and mature the SOX program across entities and jurisdictions
• build out controls for the acquired European business
• apply US GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• lead ICFR walkthroughs and testing
• evaluate control design and effectiveness
• maintain risk and control matrices, narratives, and flowcharts
• identify deficiencies and remediation plans
• conduct risk assessments and support fraud risk monitoring
• collaborate with Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Cyber Security, and external auditors
• train process owners
• contribute to automation and continuous improvement.
