What you'll do

• Create and develop a care culture and positive customer experience
• assume responsibility for profit-and-loss activities
• oversee HVAC and plumbing service offerings, profitability, and effectiveness
• coordinate communication with field and technical service teams
• lead operational teams and communicate goals and metrics to department heads
• assist the President with branch goals
• develop sales, direct-cost, overhead, and profitability budgets
• manage performance metrics
• train, coach, and mentor team members
• build business relationships with customers, government, community organizations, and employees.
