Temporary Probate Attorney (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Provide legal advice and representation in probate and elder-law matters
• manage a caseload
• conduct intake and triage
• advise clients on case strategy and scope
• represent clients in San Francisco Superior Court
• prepare estate-planning documents
• handle conservatorship and elder abuse restraining order matters
• coordinate referrals and work with pro bono partners and volunteers.
